Everything You Need to Know

The Healthy Role Models “Run for KIDS” VIRTUAL 5 KM/10 KM will take place on, October 15, 2023.

 ALL PROCEEDS from this event will go to Kids International Development Society ~ the beautiful families and children that we support in Cambodia.

 Where:  ANYWHERE!  You can complete your distance on the treadmill, on a trail, or around your neighbourhood.  As long as it is in a SAFE place.

 How:  You can walk, run, perform intervals, do a combination of all of these!  You can do the full distance in one go, or you can break it up throughout the day.  YOU get to choose!

 Who can register:  ANYONE!  This event is for Healthy Role Models AND anyone else who would like to register and move their body for an incredible cause!  Be a part of something BIGGER!!  Share this link with all of your friends and family!

 PRIZES!:  Post a CELEBRATORY photo on social media AFTER you complete your distance, use the HASHTAG  #HRMRUNFORKIDS2023 and be entered in a draw for SOME EPIC PRIZES, including a lifetime membership to “HRM for LIFE” (our monthly membership program).

 Prizes are based around PARTICIPATION, not performance, so let’s get out there, set some goals and HAVE FUN!  YOU will help to make such a difference in so many lives!
