Peanut Butter & Jelly No-Bake Protein Balls

Makes 16 balls

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup ground old fashioned oats

4 scoops vanilla Isapro whey protein

2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds

2 tbsp PB2 (dry roasted, powdered peanuts)

6 fresh strawberries, chopped

¼ cup natural peanut butter

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

 

In a large bowl, combine the oats, whey powder, hemp seeds, chopped strawberries and PB2.

 

In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla. 

 

Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.  You may need to get your hands dirty to mix these up ~ do not add more liquid, just keep kneading until combined.

 

Form into balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.  Put in freezer for at least 20 mins to allow them to set.  Store in your refrigerator or freezer to grab on your way out the door.
