Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Makes 24 Balls

1 cup old fashioned oat (large flake)

1 cup old fashioned oats, ground

3/4 cup unsweetened coconut

3 scoops undenatured vanilla protein powder (we love Isagenix Isapro)

2 tsps cinnamon

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips

  

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.  Form into balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.

 

Place in freezer for about 20 mins before eating. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer!
