Flourless Peanut Butter "Bon Bons"

Makes 20 cookies

1 egg

1 ½ cups natural peanut butter

1 ½ scoops vanilla whey protein *we love Isagenix Isapro

1/3 cup organic coconut sugar

½ cup almond meal

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp vanilla extract 

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

 

In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg.  Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. 

 

 

Form into balls with your hands and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

 

Bake for 12 minutes, and cool before eating.
