Banana Coconut Oat Square

Makes 9 Squares

2 cups old fashioned oats

3 tbsp unsweetened coconut

1 tbsp milled flaxseeds

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1⁄4 cup natural peanut butter

1⁄4 cup pure coconut oil, melted

3 scoops vanilla protein powder (we love Isagenix Isapro)

1 large ripe banana

 

Optional: 3 Isadelight dark chocolates or 1⁄4 cup good quality dark chocolate, melted

 

Mash banana and add all other ingredients except dark chocolate

Press into square pan. Melt chocolate and spread thin layer over top of bars

 

Set in freezer for 30 mins and then cut into 9 squares and wrap individually

 

Store in freezer and grab and go!!
