The Journey

First of all, YES, you can do this program from home anywhere in the world!!!


We have women all over Canada, the USA, Australia, Europe and Asia!

Within your 12 weeks, there are 3 phases. Each phase lasts 4 weeks. You will be provided with video instruction on how to perform exercises properly, a follow-along video that you can play beside you while working out, aerobic training ideas, menu outlines and there are SO many great, healthy recipes!
You will receive:

• A new workout program every 4 weeks (resistance training and cardio)

Meal templates and dietary guidelines, along with healthy  recipe sharing in our group

• Mindset  video blogs to help you create the change you desire

• Instructional and follow-along videos of the workouts for each phase 

• The HRM Private Facebook group for support and coaching from Sarah, Tanna and our Ambassadors
